Copyright House uses "Real-Copy Copyright Registration"
– which means an actual copy of your work is stored in secure datasafes. Real-copy copyright registration is the tried and trusted
system of registering copyright. It's a generally accepted and time-tested way chosen by discerning creative individuals the world over.
Why Copyright House does NOT make use of digital key copyright
Another way of creating a date/time stamp of registration is by creating a digital key of the work that you want to be protected. No work is uploaded or stored on the system.
This method may not provide the desired protection in the long term because there is a risk that the cryptographic algorithms that support the generation of digital keys become obsolete. From time to time cryptographic algorithms need to be updated to provide a secure encryption, thus making the previous system obsolete.
In that case digital keys generated for your registered work by an outdated system could be regarded as having less or no evidential value. What appears to be secure today may not be secure tomorrow.
That's why Copyright House does not base their system of registration on this method. Instead, Copyright House creates reliable date/time stamps of registration for your works and keeps REAL
copies of your works. All registered works are stored in secure data safes and filed with a Notary Public.
